MINUTES OF COUNCIL MEETING SECTION OF ANTITRUST LAW: The Peachtree Plaza Hotel Atlanta, Georgia Sunday, August 8, 1976

Vice Chairman Rockefeller called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. and presided in the absence of Chairman Dillon who was reported to be recovering well from a recent illness. Officers and Council members present were: Vice Chairman Edwin S. Rockefeller, Section Delegate Ira M. Millstein, Budget Officer Gordon F. Hampton, Secretary John H. Morrison, Last Retiring Chairman John Izard, Howard Adler, Jr., Walker B. Comegys, Allen C. Holmes, Harvey M. Applebaum, H. Francis DeLone, William J. Lowry, Lee N. Abrams, William T. Lifland and Richard J. MacLaury. Also present were Law Student Division Liaison Linnea Johnson, Staff Liaison Shelley Walker and the following Section committee and subcommittee chairmen: David L. Foster, John F. Graybeal, James T. Halverson, Steven E. Keane, James P. Melican, Jr., William W. Sadd, Irving Scher, Eugene M. Singer and Richard A. Whiting. Chairman C. Brien Dillon and Council members Taylor R. Briggs, Earl E. Pollock, Harry Kemker, Thomas E. Kauper and Calvin J. Collier were not present.
