Practice effects of nursing education of head nurse

Objective To improve the comprehensive quality of head nurse to overall quality of care.Methods The weak points of head nurse's knowledge structure and practical ability were analyzed based on competition results.According to requirements of head nurse,the continuation education was implemented system atically.Results The performance quality and the quality of care,the grade of patient satisfaction were better after education in 2007 compared with no education in 2006(P＜0.01).Conclusions For full of head nurse job,the targeted and systematic education are necessary.
