Oxytitanium phthalocyanine, process for producing same and electrophotosensitive member using same

A crystalline oxytitanium phthalocyanine, characterized in that based on CuKa characteristic X-ray diffraction pattern of X-rays obtained, wherein the main peak of the Bragg angle (20 ± 0.2 degrees) of 9.0 degrees, 14.2 degrees, 23.9 degrees and 27.1 degrees. The oxytitanium phthalocyanine crystal from the system showing an electrophotosensitive member, this member for long-wavelength light and shows a high photosensitivity and stability, and even show stable charging performance after light irradiation.
