Cultivating High-skilled Talents for Manufacturing Industry by Using Foreign Experience of Work-integrated Learning for Reference

The paper uses the advanced experience of Germany,a country strong in manufacturing industry,for reference and expounds the four aspects of cultivating high-skilled talents for manufacturing industry:innovating the mode of cultivating talents,innovating the mode of practical teaching,optimizing the professional training bases in college,and strengthening the substantiality of cooperation with the bases outside college.It also points out three urgent problems in cultivating high-skilled talents for manufacturing industry.
