Clinical Efficiency of Montelukast Combined Seretide on Children with Bronchial Asthma
2011
Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of montelukast plus seretide on children bronchial asthma. Methods All 86 children suffered with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups, research group(42 cases) and control group(44 cases). The children in research group were received montelukast(10mg,qN) combined seretide(250μg,bid),the children in control group were only received seretide(250μg,bid).Before treatment, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),the percentage of FEV1 to predicated value(FEV1%) and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF) were detected in two groups. After 3 months treatment, the FVC,FEV1,FEV1% and PEF were detected. The clinical control rate and recurrence rate of bronchial asthma were observed in two groups. Results Compared to before treatment, the FVC,FEV1,FEV1% and PEF after treatment were obviously higher(P0.05).Compared to control group, the above index in research group were obviously higher(P0.05).30 children(71.42%) in research group and 27 children(61.36%) in control group were achieved to clinical control.Compared to research group, the clinical control rate of control group was less(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical improvement of pulmonary function and clinical symptom in treatment with montelukast plus seretide is better than seretide only.
