The invention provides a non-contact electric field type induction power access method. The method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps that: a, an induction electrode plate is used to approach a line wire, so that a capacitor is formed by the induction electrode plate and the line wire; and the capacitor is utilized to receive electric energy on a power transmission line; and b, a high transformation ratio and high excitation impedance transformer is applied to convert a high voltage and low current power source that is transmitted by the induction electrode plate into a low voltage and heavy current power source, so that the converted power source is suitable for application to a general electric device. According to the invention, a working power source that is needed by and is suitable for monitoring equipment can be stably obtained; the effect is obvious; and the method and the apparatus are beneficial for popularization and application in the on-line monitoring field of electric network equipment.
