Dialectical state of things in the objective world is the objective source of the truth procedure; the inner contradictions of man's cognitive ability is the main link of the truth procedure; the dual nature of practice is the basic reason in the truth procedure; the dialectical development of the truth itself is inner factor of truth procedure.
