Андрогенез в культуре пыльников in vitro генетически маркированных линий подсолнечника

2015
Studied the morphogenesis in anther culture in vitro genetically marked lines of sunflower. It is established that the process of androgenesis in vitro can be realized in two morphogenesis pathways: formation of embryoids or organogenesis of shoots, leafs and roots. The influence of carbohydrates in induction medium and growth hormones in the regeneration medium. The use of sucrose as compared with maltose in the culture medium for anther increases the efficiency of callusogenesis. Identified high ability to morphogenesis in regeneration M-S medium with the addition of 1 mg/l of kinetin, 0.1 mg/l IAA and 10 mg/l AgNO3. Introduction four ray flowers coloring genes into the background of line sunflower YV-28B increase the ability of cells and tissues to the callusogenesis and morphogenesis in vitro. The greatest number of roots and leaf type forms were formed on the callus lines with gene l. The conducted research allows us to expand our knowledge about the regulation of the processes of callusogenesis and morphogenesis of cells and tissues of sunflower in vitro.
