A new 6 MHz 128.000 channel spectrum analyzer

Abstract We present an FFT-based digital spectrometer designed for SETI and Radioastronomy applications. In the typical configuration, the system is capable of supplying the spectrum of the received signal every 28.8 ms, for a maximum 128 K (131,072) frequency bins at an input bandwidth of 6 MHz.
