DESPACHO HIDROTERMICO MEDIANTE UN METODO DE PUNTO INTERIOR CON VARIABLES CANALIZADAS
2008
The hydrothermal dispatch problem consists on finding the generation schedule of the thermal and hydraulic generators of a power system that meets the expected demand at the least operation cost in a given planning horizon. This paper presents a deterministic lineal optimization model to solve the hydrothermal dispatch problem for a planning horizon of 24 hours. The proposed model takes into account the transmission and ramping constraints of the generators. A bounded variable interior point method was used to solve the linear programming problem obtained form the model. Results are presented on the IEEE 30 bus test system.
