s: This paper studied the base framework of network manufacturing resource management (MRM) system based on application service provider, presented the system structure constituted of base data layer, system layer, ASP applications management layer, manufacturing resource management application service layer, web portal layer and users layer, built the operation model of manufacturing resource management application based on ASP, based on this research and study, built the main model of workflow, studied the commerce operation model of MRM system according to the aspect of service contents, management, configuration, profit, presented the MRM development basic MRM-client relationship model, and the factors affecting relationship development.
