A study on karyotypes of two Myotis species

we reported the karyotypes of two Mytios species(M.myotis luctuosuss G.Allen and M.daubenttoni Kuli)from different physiognomy in Guizhou province.Their chromosome number are all 2n=44,NF=50.The autsomes consist of 4 pairs of metacentric choromosomes and 17 telocentric chorosomes.The sexual choromosome consist of XY.X is metacentric choromosome and Y is telocentric chorosome.We have proved again that the Mytios,s bats have extremely conservative karyotype in this genus.
