The Influential Factor Analysis on Passenger Satisfaction Degree of Road Passenger Transportation in Nanchang Urban-rural Area

Increasing passenger satisfaction degree(PSD)is an important action to integrate urban and rural passenger transportation.The investigation result in Nanchang Urban-rural passenger transportation system illustrates that four dominants about safety,economy,convenience and comfort can be extracted from the massive influential factors of the PSD with the method of factor analysis.Therefore,the countermeasures based on the four dominants can be taken to increase the PSD of urban-rural road passenger transportation.
