Myocardial tuberculosis presenting with congestive heart failure and pulmonary venous occlusion

2010

The presentation of myocardial tuberculosis depends upon the structures involved by the disease process. We report a case of cardiac tuberculosis with pulmonary venous obstruction presenting with congestive cardiac failure.
