The invention discloses an energy-saving environment-friendly high-efficiency warp beam producing method. The acceptable minimum single-shaft warping number, the maximum single-shaft warping length and the maximum single-shaft weight of various types of yarn counts are determined through experiments. Then, the maximum single-paste jar warping length, the minimum paste jar number, the actual single-paste jar warping length, the temporary value of single-shaft warping number, the temporary value of single-paste jar warping shaft number, the actual single-shaft warping number, and the actual total shaft number and the actual single-shaft weight are worked out by formulas according to the total slashing length, the total warp length, the yarn count and the color of a planned order. Finally, production is carried out according to the planned order on the basis of the obtained data. The invention precisely analyze orders, processes, devices and other information, determines the optimal process routes and process parameters, embeds the whole method into a production management information system, realizes the optimal production, and consequently provides technical support for improving production efficiency, reducing resource consumption, lowering production cost and reducing end-of-pipe treatment.
