Fluid container and an airless fluid dispensing system using the same

2007
Fluid container of the present invention has a container body having a shoulder and a side wall extending between the upper opening and lower opening. The fluid container has a spacer disposed adjacent to the shoulder of the container body. Furthermore, slidable in a liquid-tight along the inside surface of the side wall of the container body, a sliding valve for forming a container space for holding fluid between the side walls of the container body, the lower portion of the container body opening a bottom cover for covering a part is disposed in the container body. Spacer and slide valve has a spacer surface and a valve surface to face each other, the spacer surface and the valve surface is inclined at an angle of 5 degrees to 30 degrees relative to the horizontal plane. Therefore, according to the airless fluid dispensing system using the fluid container, when the fluid-filled, small air is reliably prevented from remaining in the container body, by performing unnecessary pumping operations before use no, it is possible to administer a predetermined amount of fluid.
