Stratum Corneum Antigens: Their Role in Psoriasis and in the Autoimmune Repair Mechanisms

1983
Recent studies by Jablonska and her associates [22, 23] on the induction of psoriatic lesions by stripping, point to the role of inflammatory responses involving polymorpho-nuclear leukocytes (PMN) in the induction of psoriatic lesions and in normal repair mechanisms. One of the central questions relates to the activation of inflammation both in normal repair mechanism and in psoriasis.
