In the article the results of morphological research of respiratory system of rats with experimental model of chronic renal insuffi ciency (CRT) are presented. Value of the broken pulmonary microcirculation in development of fi brosis processes in an interstitial tissue of lungs in CRI is established. Positive effects of long use of Dihydroquercetini in rats with experimental CRI are revealed. They are expressed in retardation of pathological processes in the respiratory system.
