The invention discloses a method for preparing a flexible polypropylene spunbond non-woven material through a toughening modification technology. Spinning level polypropylene master batch and a toughening modification material are premixed, composite master batch is obtained after melt blending granulation is conducted, and the flexible polypropylene spunbond non-woven material is prepared through a spunbond technology; the toughening modification material is low-modulus transparent polypropylene particles, the weight-average molecular weight is 110,000-150,000, the melting point is 75-80 DEG C, the degree of crystallinity is 10-15%, the elasticity modulus is 90-120 MPa, the tensile fracture ratio is 800-1,000%, the melt flow rate is 35-40 g/min, and the adding amount is 5-40% of the total mass. According to the method, the special toughening material is selected, the compatibility of the special toughening material with a polypropylene base material is good, and a compatibilizer does not need to be added additionally; the compound master batch obtained by mixing the special toughening material and the olypropylene base material is used as the raw material to prepare the spunbond non-woven material, the strength and the flexibility of the spunbond non-woven material can be effectively improved, and the application field of the spunbond non-woven material is expanded.
