Dye orientation in organic guest host systems on ferroelectric polymers

The orientation of NLO chromophores in a polymer lightguide may be influenced by a ferroelectric sublayer. The multilayer system is investigated towards the in-situ recording of the birefringence introduced by a poling procedure.
