Novel micro-scattering structure and photovoltaic assembly employing same

2016
The invention discloses a novel micro-scattering structure, which comprises a scattering film, wherein the surface of the scattering film is uneven; a plurality of bulges are arranged on the surface of the scattering film; the bulges are honeycombed bulges or triangular bulges; the size of each bulge is gradually increased inwards from the surface of the scattering film; the side walls of the bulges are inclined planes; the honeycombed bulges are regular hexagons which are gradually increased inwards from the surface of the scattering film; and the triangular bulges are triangles which are gradually increased inwards from the surface of the scattering film. The light which is originally reflected by a grid line is fully utilized; and the light is 5%-6%. The output power of an assembly end can be increased by 3%-6%. A micro-scattering film is added between a battery pack string and a front EVA; the micro-scattering film can change the incident path of the light to form a scattering effect near the grid line; and the light, which cannot be utilized due to occlusion of the grid line in a traditional assembly is fully utilized, so that the power output of the assembly is further improved.
