Method for optimizing chromatographic purification methods for biomolecules

The invention relates to a method for finding suitable parameters for the chromatographic purification of biomolecules. The method consists of equilibration, loading, washing and elution steps, said sequence of steps is performed in the partial batch procedures. The parameters determined in small, preferably several parallel approaches shed light on the chromatographic conditions under which a given biomolecule optimal column can, if necessary, on a larger scale, clean.
