Wheatstone bridge with XMR spin valve systems

A Wheatstone bridge comprises in a bridge circuit interconnected bridge elements (1, 2, 3, 4) which each consist of XMR / GMR spin valve systems. Two selected, arranged diagonally to each other bridge elements (2, 4) are bombarded with ions, whereby the XMR / GMR effect of the two selected bridge elements is reduced or destroyed. in this system, a monolithically integrated bridge structure is advantageously obtained at low cost conditioning.
