Проблемы догоспитального тромболизиса при инфаркте миокарда и их решение

2011
There are two methods of reperfusion infarction thrombolytic therapy (TLT) and angioplasty followed by stenting of coronary arteries. These methods are not mutually exclusive and can complement each other. The determining factor is the time of reperfusion, but no way. Pharmacological reperfusion is the simplest and fastest way to restore blood flow in myocardial infarction. Additional value method gives the possibility of using the pre-hospital. Today is actively developing invasive cardiology. In these circumstances, prehospital thrombolysis gets new color and is only a first step towards a complete reperfusion of the myocardium or restricted areas of myocardial infarction. To thrombolysis in myocardial infarction should be ready to every brigade ambulance (SMP), including a paramedic.
