HPLC Determination of echinacoside in guzhi syrup

Objective:To determination of echinacoside in guzhi syrup.Methods:With echinacoside as the marker,HPLC was used to determine the contents of echinacoside in the condition of chromatographic column:HIMADZU VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),mobile phase:acetonitrilel-0.2%orthophosphoric acid(18:82),detection wavelength:334nm,flow rate:1.0 mL/min.Results:The contents of three batches were separately 0.46mg/mL,0.43mg/mL,0.56mg/mL.Conclusions:The method is quick,simple,and repeatable for the determination of echinacoside in guzhi syrup.It can be used as quality control in medicinal preparation.
