Preparation method of toughened polylactic acid melt-blown nonwoven cloth

2013
The invention relates to a preparation method of toughened polylactic acid melt-blown nonwoven cloth. The preparation method is characterized by including the following steps: taking polylactic acid master batches as raw materials; subjecting the polylactic acid master batches to balance drying for 12-24 hours under the conditions of 20-70Pa in vacuum degree and 80-90 DEG C in temperature; mixing the polylactic acid master batches with a toughening agent and a compatilizer, wherein the toughening agent accounts for 1-5% of polylactic acid in mass, and the compatilizer is 3% of the toughening agent in mass; performing melt blending granulation through a screw extruder; acquiring the toughened polylactic acid melt-blown nonwoven cloth through a melt-blowing process. The preparation method is nontoxic, harmless, environment friendly and good in mechanical performance of the toughened polylactic acid melt-blown nonwoven cloth.
