Material collecting device on full-automatic in-line filling machine

The invention discloses a material collecting device on a full-automatic in-line filling machine. The material collecting device at least comprises a fixed frame, a material collecting mechanism, a movement mechanism and a pneumatic assembly. The material collecting mechanism is used for preventing materials from leaking and comprises a trough type material collecting container and a flexible discharging hose. A through hole is formed in the side wall of the material collecting mechanism. One end of the flexible discharging hose stretches into the through hole and is fixedly connected with the trough type material collecting container, and the other end of the flexible discharging hose is connected with a discharging mechanism of the full-automatic in-line filling machine. The movement mechanism is used for controlling the material collecting mechanism to move and is a stroke-adjustable air cylinder. The air cylinder is fixedly arranged on the fixed frame, and a telescopic rod of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the trough type material collecting container. The pneumatic assembly is used for controlling the work state of the air cylinder. In the material replacement process or the static state of the in-line filling machine, materials in a filling mechanism can be guided into the material collecting mechanism along the flexible discharging hose, and then the situation that the materials leak and pollute environment is avoided; and the environment wherein operators replace the materials is improved.
