MIS design and implementation of high polytechnic academy

With the fast development of Internet/Intranet and the building of campus network step by step,to develop a scientific research information management system suitable for different requirements is becoming more and more urgent for colleges and academies.Through analyzing to the characteristics of scientific research management,three main design principles of constructing a scientific re-search management information system are brought forward,which is easiness,flexibility and opening.This database system is designed on.NET platform by adopting mature three-layer system structure.It realize the collecting,purifying,conforming and sharing of scientific research information.It make the management work of scientific research become more standardized,more exact,more simple and convenient and more effective.
