Influence of different temperaments on effect of interpretation

Intending to find out how different temperaments affect interpreting,by adopting EPQ(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire) and keeping records of subjects' performance,reading their notes combined with class observation,the paper made an empirical study on 44 students of English majors.The research was done from the perspectives of influences of different temperaments on skills competence,psychological endurance and interpreting quality.The findings demonstrate that students with different temperaments have both advantages and disadvantages.Contrastively,students with sanguine and phlegmatic have more advantages in interpreting.
