Pacemaker Wenckebach Phenomenon Due to Antiarrhythmic Drug Toxicity

Two patients with intractable ventricular arrhythmia were managed with ventricular pacing and antiarrhythmic drugs. Toxic levels of these drugs resulted in unusual conduction disturbances at the level
