Update on hepatocellular nodular lesions

2009年肝细胞肿瘤国际共识[1]将慢性肝炎、肝硬化背景中出现的肝细胞增生性结节分成6类:(1)巨再生结节(large regenerative nodule,LRN);(2)异型增生病灶(dysplastic focus,DF);(3)低级别异型增生结节(low-grade dysplastic nodule,LGDN);(4)高级别异型增生结节(high-grade dysplastic nodule,HGDN);(5)早期小肝细胞癌(small and early hepatocellular carcinoma,seHCC);(6)进展期小肝细胞癌 (small and progressed hepatocellular carcinoma,spHCC).这6种病变依次构成一个连续的谱系,其中异型增生病灶和异型增生结节是肝细胞癌的癌前病变。
