PENGARUH PERCEIVED BEHAVIORAL CONTROL, SUBJECTIVE NORM, DAN ATTITUDE TOWARD BEHAVIOR TERHADAP INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA ANTARA MAHASISWA LAKI-LAKI DAN PEREMPUAN STIE IT&B MEDAN

This research aimed to examine the effect of perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, and attitude toward behavior towards entrepreneurship intentions. The variables used were perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, attitude toward behavior and intentions entrepreneurship. The population in this study were students STIE IT & B Medan. The sample in this study were 150 students STIE IT & B Medan.Sampling techniques is using a purposive sampling. Data collection technique is using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple regression methods. The results of the analysis concluded that there are significant perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, and the attitude toward the behavior of the student entrepreneurship intentions STIE IT & B Medan Keyword perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, attitude toward behavior entrepreneurship intentions
