Bokashi, a Japanese term that means something like (dilute, dissolve or organic compounds) in organic agriculture is synonymous with productivity, soil recovery and maximum plant development. The fertilization technique comes from a fermentation process of plant and animal products. And it was introduced in the practices of small Brazilian farmers in the 1980s by Japanese immigrants. Where it became known as "leaven of life" "Fertilizer of independence" names that refer to its properties because Bokashi has the potential to provide nutritional demand in macro and micronutrients of plants and also provides a number of native microorganisms that tend to reform chemical, physical and biological characteristics of the soil, so as to provide a good development of the soil and the plants inserted there.
