Device for processing spiral grooved tube

The invention discloses a device for processing a spiral grooved tube. The device comprises a machine tool with a processing thread transmission mechanism, wherein an adjusting base is mounted on a guide rail of the machine tool; the adjusting base moves left and right along the guide rail under the driving of a threaded rod of the processing thread transmission mechanism; a rolling tool is mounted on the top side of the adjusting base in a back-and-forth sliding mode; a roller clamper which is matched with the rolling tool for rotating and extruding a to-be-processed tube is fixedly mounted on the top side of the adjusting base; the front end of the to-be-processed tube is fixedly clamped on a chuck assembled with an output shaft of a spindle box of the machine tool; the tail end of the to-be-processed tube is positioned, rotated and matched with a tailstock of the machine tool; and the rolling processing process for the to-be-processed tube is realized by the translational motion of the rolling tool and the rotary motion of the chuck. The device has the advantages of easiness in operation and high processing precision and meets the processing requirement for various spiral grooved tubes.
