The main object of the invention is a device (1) of the powder mixture (P) by cryogenic fluid, characterized in that it comprises: a mixing chamber (E1) powder (P), comprising a cryogenic fluid (CF), provided with means for forming a fluidized powder bed; a supply chamber (A1) powders (P) to allow the introduction of powders (P) in the mixing chamber (E1); a supply chamber (B1) with cryogenic fluid (CF) to allow the introduction of the cryogenic fluid (CF) in the mixing chamber (E1); a vibration generating system (Vb) in the fluidized powder bed; and a control system (Sp) of the vibration generating system (Vb).
