Urinary incontinence is the most common urological complications after radical prostatectomy. Underactive changes in pelvic floor muscles should be taken into account in the assessment of state of patients with urination disorders, as well as in the choice of post-operative tactics. A perspective method of rehabilitation of patients with urinary incontinence is the use of exercises for the pelvic floor muscles. This method of rehabilitation allows achieving good results in the retention of urine.
