Panel Discussion: MERGER DEVELOPMENTS IN THE SUPREME COURT

Our first speaker is Professor Richard E. Day of Ohio State Uni versity Law School. Professor Day is the author this year, as he was last year, of the Antitrust Section s year-end review of developments in antitrust law. This year's review appears in Volume 25 of the Section's bulletin, which was distributed here yesterday. I have read it, and I can assure you it is a thoroughly clear and comprehensive review of what has probably been the most significant year for anti trust since the enactment of the Sherman Act.
