A fire escape structure for an apartment house is provided to escape to the house next door after destroying an inner board in a fire by installing a frame to a plaster board assembly used as a boundary wall and coupling a destructible inner board to the frame, to have excellent soundproofing and thermal insulating effects by forming an air layer between an insulating material and an inner board and forming an air layer between inner boards, and to discriminate easily by making a portion of a frame exposed to the outside of a plaster board assembly and to have excellent constructability by assembling in a construction site. A fire escape structure for an apartment house, installed to a partition(50) composed of plural studs installed along an indoor compartment at regular intervals, an upper runner(52) and a lower runner(53) coupled to the upper part and the lower part of the stud respectively, a par of base plaster boards(54,54') located on the inside of the upper runner and the lower runner and provided with plural fixing pins(55), an insulating material(56) located between the base plaster boards and supported by the fixing pins, and a pair of finish plaster boards(57,57') located on the outside of the upper runner and the lower runner and placed to make joints across with the base plaster boards and attached to the base plaster boards, comprises a pair of support frames(11) installed between the studs vertically, folded outward from two ends and provided with bends contacted with the front and the rear of the studs, a frame(20) installed to the front and the rear of a hole formed by the support frame and the stud respectively, an inner board(15) coupled to the inside of the frame, and an insulating material installed between the inner boards and forming an air layer between the inner boards.
