HRTEM and Optical Study of Stacking Faults in CdS1—xSex Crystals

For the first time by high resolution transmission microscopy the types of stacking faults causing a structural disorder in CdS 1-x Se x solid solution were determined and by means of cathodoluminescence a distribution of micro-regions having a different crystal structure in these crystals was detected.
