수술실 내 급기구 배치간격이 부유세균 농도에 미치는 영향 분석

The objective of this study is to analysis the impact of distance of air inlet arrangement on airborne particle concentration in the upper side of patient in an operating room. CFD(Computational fluid dynamic) simulation was conducted to predict airborne particle concentration. In the simulation, the airborne particle concentration was predicted by DPM(Discrete phase model) method based on lagrangian approach. Results show that 660 CFU/m3 and 228 CFU/m3 were predicted when the distances of air inlet arrangement were 0.8 m and 0.6 m, respectively. In addition, it was confirmed that the standard of airborne particle was satisfied when the distance of air inlet arrangement was designed below 0.4 m.
