The Analysis of Affecting Factors of Inter-provincial Transfers of Supply Contracts in Southern Regional Market

The transfers of supply contracts are a kind of transaction which supply contracts are transferred between generation enterprises. It has the effect of helping to avoid risks and promoting the share of resources between provinces, and the consumption of clean energy. In 2017, the inter-provincial transfer intention of supply contracts in Guangzhou Exchange was very strong, but the transaction volume was small. In order to promote the development of transfers of supply contracts transactions, this paper briefly introduces different products in southern regional market, analyzes the objectives of transfers of supply contracts transactions, and analyzes the factors affecting the turnover of transfers of supply contracts transactions based on actual transaction data. It summarizes the restrictions on the development of inter-provincial transfers of supply contracts transactions, and gives suggestions for improvement of these restrictions.
