Gap-filling insulating diameter-expanding overhead conductive wire

2014
The utility model discloses a gap-filling insulating diameter-expanding overhead conductive wire comprising a reinforcing core which is arranged in the internal center and formed by multiple high-strength metal wires via twisting, multiple supporting conductors which are sparsely wound on the external layer of the reinforcing core in a spacing way, plastic insulating fillers which are arranged in gaps of the supporting conductors, and multiple external layer conductors which are arranged at the outermost layer and closely and concentrically twisted and wrapped. Compared with conductive wires in the prior art, acoustic noise generated by mechanical oscillation caused by electromagnetic resonance of the conductive wire is reduced to a greater degree, and ecological environment of a power grid corridor is effectively improved. The conductive wire is especially suitable for laying of ultrahigh-voltage and extra-high-voltage AC electric power transmission power grid wire overhead lines.
