Role of T lymphocyte in pathogenesis of autoimmune hemolytic anemia

2017
Autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA)is common pancytopenia mediated by autoimmune antibody. In addition to activation of B lymphocyte, T lymphocytes play an important role in pathogenesis of AIHA. According to different function, T lymphocytes can be classified into different subsets, including helper T lymphocyte (Th), regulatory T lymphocyte (Treg) and cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL). In order to further understand role of T lymphocytes in pathogenesis of AIHA, we elaborate biological characteristics and cytokines of Th and Treg to realize the immunological features in different stages of AIHA, and to guide clinical observation and treatment. Key words: T-lymphocyte subsets; Immunomodulation; Anemia, hemolytic, autoimmune
