The invention provides an intravascular thrombus withdrawing device. The intravascular thrombus withdrawing device comprises a thrombus withdrawing system and a delivery system. The intravascular thrombus withdrawing device is characterized in that the thrombus withdrawing system comprises a thrombus pushback component and a thrombus storage and sealing component, the delivery system comprises a push component and a control component, the push component far end is connected to the thrombus sealing component, the control component far end is connected to the thrombus pushback component, the thrombus pushback component can be released at the far end of a target thrombus, and the thrombus storage and sealing component can be released at the near end of the target thrombus. By keeping the push component constant, the control component is pushed back toward the near end direction so as to make the thrombus pushback component push the target thrombus enter the thrombus storage and sealing component; moreover, the thrombus storage and sealing component can also partially or wholly enter the thrombus storage and sealing component of the near end, and finally the thrombus system wrapped with the target thrombus is withdrawn out of the body. The intravascular thrombus withdrawing device has the advantages that the thrombus catching rate is high, the thrombus does not easily fall off in the withdrawing process, the delivery system is good in flexibility, and harm to the blood vessel is small in the thrombus withdrawing process.
