A Study on the Production of Protein Bait for Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)

Hydrolysate protein was the important component of protein bait for Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel).The processing technology of extracting hydrolysate protein from waste beer yeast by using the enzymolysis method was studied.Through the orthogonal test,the temperature of hydrolysis,pH,amount of time and enzyme were analyzed,the results showed that the optimum conditions were the value of pH 6.0,temperature 50 ℃,time 18 h,the amount of enzyme 2.0 mg/mL respectively.The laboratory bioassay of hydrolysate protein for B.dorsalis was studied,the results showed that the rate of attractant was 60.00%,attrantant rate to females and males were 63.30% and 56.70% respectively.The ration of total sugar to protein content is an important factor which affects the attrantant effectiveness,when the ratio was 200:1,the attrantant rate of the lure was the highest.
