THE EFFECT OF NET PROFIT MARGIN (NPM), CURRENT RATIO AND DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER) ON PRICE EARNING RATIO IN MANUFACTURING SUB METAL SECTORS LISTED IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE (BEI) 2016-2018

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio (Der), and Net Profit Margin (Npm) on Price Earning Ratio in Metal Sub Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016- 2018. The sample used was as many as 13 Metal Sub Sector Manufacturing companies with a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used in the documentation is in the form of secondary data and library research. The analysis of this study uses multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio has no significant effect on Price Earning Ratio, however Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on Price Earning Ratio. While simutltan Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit margin significantly influence the Price Earning Ratio.
