Study on the formation of 2:2 inclusion complexes between alpha-bromonaphthalene and beta-cyclodextrin in aqueous solution by fluorimetry

The interaction between a - bromonaphthalene and (3 - cyclodextrin in aqueous solution have been studied by fluorimetry. The experimental results show that there is a new kind of inclusion complexes - 2 : 2 overlapping inclusion complex which consisted of two 1 :1 inclusion complexes has been formed, the direct evidence is the change of the fluorescence spectra.
