In the invention, substituted 1,5-diaryl-3-oxy acetoxyl pyrazole used as a raw material, DCC (dicyclohexylcarbodiimide) used as a dehydrating agent, DMAP (dimethylamino pyridine) used as a catalyst, and thiazolidinethione or oxazolidinone are subjected to a condensation reaction, thus obtaining a series of N-substituted acetoxyl pyrazole compounds containing thiazolidinethione or oxazolidinone.
