A tester of a transmission locker of building doors and windows hardware is characterized in that a rotating air cylinder, a worktable, a bidirectional damping air cylinder, a pressure plate, a square shaft and a clamp are included, wherein the rotating air cylinder is mounted at the lower part of the surface of the worktable; a through hole is formed in the position corresponding to the rotating air cylinder, so that one end of the square shaft can be conveniently inserted in the head of a rotating air cylinder piston rod through the through hole formed on the surface of the worktable, and then the square shaft can be integrated with the rotating air cylinder piston rod; and meanwhile, the other end of the square shaft is inserted in the square hole of the locker, a horizontal T-shaped groove is formed on the surface of the worktable; the horizontal T-shaped groove is used for positioning and mounting the damping air cylinder and the clamp; a locker testpiece is arranged by connecting the damping air cylinder with the clamp; a groove same with the locker in size and shape is formed on the clamp; the two pressure plates are pressed on the clamp and a locker positioning rod installed on the groove of the clamp and then fixed on the worktable through screws; the positioning rod of a locker to be tested is pressed with the pressure plates, the left and the right ends of the locker are movable rod parts, and the right end of the locker is in the free state, and the left end of the locker is connected with the damping air cylinder through a linkage shaft and a pin shaft.
