Seal structure of implanted device

The invention provides a seal structure of an implanted device and a manufacturing method thereof. The seal structure comprises a ceramic base and a metal column, wherein the ceramic base is provided with an upper surface and a lower surface and forms more than one or two through holes penetrating the upper surface and the lower surface; the metal column fills the through holes, and a concave-convex structure is formed on a contact interface between the metal column and the ceramic base. In the seal structure of the implanted device, the concave-convex structure is formed on the contact interface between the metal column and the ceramic base, so that a contact area between the metal column and the ceramic base can be increased. Therefore, compared with a through hole with an unchanged radius in the prior art, moisture, gas or other ingredients can be more effectively prevented from being leaked to outside the seal structure along the contact interface between the metal column and the ceramic base, and thus the airtight performance of the seal structure can be improved.
